Welcome to the Autism Parenting Summit! Your gateway to expert insights, practical advice, and resources to support families raising children on the autism spectrum.

By registering for a Free Pass, purchasing a Lifetime Access Pass, subscribing to the Autism Learning Network (ALN), or engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We know our audience includes families, caregivers, and professionals who care deeply about supporting autistic individuals. We aim to make your experience positive, respectful, and safe, while also being open about how we operate.

1. What’s Included with Your Summit Free Pass

Your Free Pass gives you:

  • Access to the live Summit event on your chosen dates
  • Presentations from expert speakers on autism support, therapies, education, and parenting
  • 24-hour free access to each session

Important: Free Passes are for one-time live event access only. Replay access is not included unless explicitly stated in your pass type or provided through an ALN membership bundle.

2. Replays, Recordings & Handouts

Replays are available for a limited time, depending on your pass type. Replay periods will be clearly stated at purchase. Handouts and presentation materials are provided at the discretion of each speaker and may vary by session.

3. Speaker & Schedule Changes

Sometimes changes are unavoidable. While we aim to stick to the published schedule, we may need to substitute or reschedule speakers. We’ll notify you of any significant updates whenever possible.

4. Pass Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Transfers: Free Passes are non-transferable.
  • Lifetime Access Pass Refunds: You can cancel and request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We cannot offer refunds after this period.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be issued for verified technical failures, duplicate purchases, or clear errors.
  • Renewal Charges: Renewal charges (for subscriptions) and any unused time after cancellation are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Refunds apply to first-time subscriptions only (not renewals).
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

    5. Billing & Renewals

    5.1 Automatic Renewal

    If you purchase a subscription (including ALN memberships or bundled offers), it will automatically renew at the end of each billing term (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged at the then-current subscription rate.

    5.2 Renewal Reminders

    Where required by law or platform rules, we’ll send a reminder before renewal so you’re aware of any upcoming charges.

    5.4 Easy Cancellation

    You can cancel your ALN subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then.

    By starting a subscription, you confirm you understand and accept this automatic renewal process. We believe in clarity and fairness — no surprises.

    6. Lifetime Access Pass & Autism Learning Network (ALN)

    Some Summit passes may include both:

    • A Lifetime Access Pass to the Summit replays, and
    • A subscription to the Autism Learning Network (ALN)

    These are two separate products with different terms:

    • Lifetime Access Pass – One-time purchase. Grants ongoing access to the Summit replays for that event only. Once purchased, your access remains active for as long as we host the recordings. Lifetime Access is not affected if you cancel an ALN subscription purchased at the same time.
    • Autism Learning Network (ALN) – Recurring subscription that includes a library of resources and webinars. Renews monthly unless cancelled. Cancelling ALN does not refund or affect any separately purchased Lifetime Access Pass, and cancelling Lifetime Access does not cancel your ALN subscription.

            12. Legal & Liability

            • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
            • Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
            • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Summit pass or ALN subscription.
            • We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (including illness, technical outages, or global events).

            13. Changes to These Terms

            We may update these Terms occasionally. If significant changes are made, we’ll notify you by email. Continuing to participate after changes means you accept them.
